d04a8976b1 fix(feishu): repair media-aware message dedupe (#76408) 
Summary:
- The PR adds a Feishu-local media-aware dedupe-key helper, wires it through inbound receive/debounce/persistent/broadcast dedupe paths, adds Feishu regression coverage, and adds an Unreleased changelog entry.
- Reproducibility: yes. Source inspection shows a high-confidence path: two Feishu audio events for the same a ... _key` values collide in current-main receive and persistent dedupe before media parsing distinguishes them.

Automerge notes:
- No ClawSweeper repair was needed after automerge opt-in.

Validation:
- ClawSweeper review passed for head c0229f8a48.
- Required merge gates passed before the squash merge.

38aac70830 fix(feishu): skip empty-text messages with no media to prevent blank session turns (#74634) (#74661) 
Feishu delivers empty-text events (e.g. {"text":""}) when users send
blank messages or when a media-only message produces no text content.
Writing a blank user turn to the session file causes downstream LLM
providers such as MiniMax to reject requests with:

  invalid params, messages must not be empty (2013)

Guard at the point after media resolution: if ctx.content.trim() is
empty AND mediaList is empty, log the skip and return without queuing
a reply. This preserves all existing behaviour for text, media, and
mixed messages.

Regression test: dispatch a DM with {"text":""} (no media), assert
mockDispatchReplyFromConfig is not called.

Closes #74634. Thanks @xdengli.

01e153986a fix(feishu): admit groups explicitly listed under channels.feishu.groups (#67687) 
Feishu config defaults groupPolicy to 'allowlist'. Inbound group handling read groupAllowFrom and called isFeishuGroupAllowed before resolveFeishuReplyPolicy was reached, so a config that only set channels.feishu.groups.<chat_id>.requireMention=false (with no groupAllowFrom) was rejected with 'group not in groupAllowFrom' before per-group requireMention could take effect. Treat the explicit presence of a group entry under channels.feishu.groups as the operator's allowlist signal: if groupConfig is defined, skip the empty-allowlist rejection. resolveFeishuReplyPolicy still owns mention gating, and existing groupConfig.enabled=false / groupAllowFrom-driven rejections are preserved. Adds a regression test that exercises the reporter's exact config shape and confirms inbound text reaches finalize/dispatch.

a0b9dc0078 fix(feishu): use message create_time for inbound timestamps (#52809) 
* fix(feishu): use message create_time instead of Date.now() for Timestamp field

When a message is sent offline and later retried by the Feishu client
upon reconnection, Date.now() captures the *delivery* time rather than
the *authoring* time.  This causes downstream consumers to see a
timestamp that can be minutes or hours after the user actually composed
the message, leading to incorrect temporal semantics — for example, a
"delete this" command may target the wrong resource because the agent
believes the instruction was issued much later than it actually was.

Replace every Date.now() used for message timestamps with the original
create_time from the Feishu event payload (millisecond-epoch string),
falling back to Date.now() only when the field is absent.  The
definition is also hoisted to the top of handleFeishuMessage so that
both the pending-history path and the main inbound-payload path share
the same authoritative value.

69195f7e9d fix(feishu): default requireMention to false for groupPolicy open 
Groups configured with groupPolicy: open are expected to respond to all
messages. Previously, requireMention defaulted to true regardless of
groupPolicy, causing image (and other non-text) messages to be silently
dropped because they cannot carry @-mentions.

Fix: when groupPolicy is 'open' and requireMention is not explicitly
configured, resolve it to false instead of true. Users who want
mention-required behaviour in open groups can still set requireMention: true
explicitly.

Adds three regression tests covering the new default, explicit override, and
the unchanged allowlist-policy behaviour.

Closes #52553
