- Add is_public and config_visible fields to Strategy type
- Add PublishSettingsEditor component for strategy studio
- Enable GORM AutoMigrate to add new columns
- Reorder nav: Market → Config → Dashboard → Strategy → Leaderboard → Arena → Backtest → FAQ
- Rename Live to Leaderboard, Debate Arena to Arena
