* feat(trader): add LIGHTER DEX integration (initial implementation)
Add pure Go implementation of LIGHTER DEX trader following NOFX architecture
Features:
-  Account management with Ethereum wallet authentication
-  Order operations: market/limit orders, cancel, query
-  Position & balance queries
-  Zero-fee trading support (Standard accounts)
-  Up to 50x leverage for BTC/ETH
Implementation:
- Pure Go (no CGO dependencies) for easy deployment
- Based on hyperliquid_trader.go architecture
