docs: embed inline quick-demo video in READMEs

Browse Source 
Replace the cover-image link (Google Drive) with the GitHub-hosted demo
video so it plays inline, across all language READMEs. Add an
"illustrative simulated preview — not real trading performance" note
next to it in each locale.
