Merge upstream/main: Integrate Hyperliquid support with leverage config

Resolved conflicts in manager/trader_manager.go by combining:
- Upstream: Exchange field, Hyperliquid API keys, Hyperliquid testnet
- Local: BTCETHLeverage and AltcoinLeverage fields

Both features are now working together.
