feat: add grid risk panel with API endpoint

- Task 13: Add GridRiskInfo type to frontend
- Task 14: Add /traders/:id/grid-risk API endpoint
- Task 15: Add GetGridRiskInfo method to AutoTrader
- Task 16: Create GridRiskPanel component with i18n
